Text: Romans 8:1-4
We are free from the guilt and the penalty of sin. Have you ever tried and tried and tried to do what’s right, but kept falling short? Oh, what a wretched man am I! But, God says we are not condemned if we’re serving Him. Right now and forever, we are not condemned! To be in Christ is to be born again and to have complete faith and trust in Him. Only believers have this freedom. Do you feel, as a believer, you are far from God? Do you feel your sin is so great that God won’t forgive you? God will not reject you! There is hope!God has not thrown you away. If you repent of your sin, you can reconnect with God and continue to move forward. He will not get rid of you! Don’t let the enemy remind you of your past! As a believer, God has forgiven you. You are not condemned! He has given us the power over sin. Let’s submit, obey, and trust the Holy Spirit. He will guide us into all truth! We are free, saints!
