Text: Daniel 3:1-30
We are in this world, but not of this world. There is always an attempt at destroying God’s people. Many of us have friends and family who are not saved. We need to ask ourselves, are we a testimony to them or do we get “sucked” into the world’s ways? Can they even tell the difference between us and the world? The world is waiting for the Christian to be a testimony! We can’t look like the world looks! We can’t “bow down” to the world’s ways. . .getting drunk, laughing at the off-colored jokes, gossiping, etc. We need to stand for Christ! The world is waiting! If they do not see Christ in us, they will not see any reason to accept Christ as their Savior. They’ll think they’re fine, because we “bowed down”. They’re waiting to see if we really believe what we say we believe. Are you “bowing down” to the world or “standing up” for Christ? It’s time to get sober!
