Evil company corrupts good habits. Every believer needs the Word of God. We can’t go wrong when we obey His Word. We are to seek the Lord and ask Him to help us to be more like Him. Ask for wisdom to be able to discern right from wrong. Ask whom we can serve. We need to humble ourselves and put others before us. When we approach God with a heart as a child, a heart that just wants to do what’s right. . .God will honor that. God is more important than feelings, family, friends, and finances. Nothing is more important than our relationship with the Lord. We shouln’t compromise anything for this relationship. We can’t hang with the wrong people and expect right things to happen. God will have the last say. Let’s not mess up the blessing for us or our kids. Let’s put God first in ALL things!
