Texts: Mark 16:15-18; Philippians 2:9-11
A name is very important. There is value attached to a name, and EVERYTHING is attached to THAT Name! There was a time in all of our lives when we were separated from God. Jesus decided to take off His Glory and become a man. A King became a servant. The wages of sin is death, so He took all of our sin upon Himself and died on the cross for us. He loves us that much! Everybody needs a Savior! We don’t have forever to make up our minds. We are to have the same characteristics as Jesus. We can go out and heal the sick in Jesus’ Name, because He has given us the authority. Jesus has given us Power of Attorney to act in His behalf. There’s Power in THAT Name!
