Galatians 5:13-15
You are free! Hold on to your freedom and don’t let it go! We were once in bondage and we don’t have to go back. We have been called to freedom. We’ve been called out of bondage. Do not take your freedom as an opportunity to go back to your sin. That is not what your freedom is for. Satan is a deceiver and he can’t make us do anything. It’s our choice. Don’t forfeit your freedom. It does not give us the right to sin. The freedom is to live for Him! It is not for selfish fulfillment. It is to help someone else. Look to meet someone else’s needs. Love your neighbor as yourself. The way to keep our freedom going is to give the love we have for ourselves to others. When we use our freedom for ourselves, we start to fight among ourselves. It’s all selfish motives. Put others first. Liberty + love = serving others. Liberty – love = bondage. Living for Him is real freedom!
