Text:Philippians 4:4
We need to rejoice! We have things in life that burden us and distract us. They keep us from rejoicing in the Lord. Satan wants to rob us of our joy. We can’t focus on these things because that only burdens us more and distracts us more. The Bible tells us to rejoice in the Lord! We can rejoice in the midst of our trials because we have hope, we have the Answer, we know Someone who will give us peace of mind, and we have the Holy Spirit! We have the Lord and He lacks in NOTHING! We need to celebrate God ALL day! When we do that, things begin to change. Our burdens are lifted and once again we have the joy of the Lord! It is not God’s will for us to walk around letting the cares of this world overtake us. They can choke out the very life we have in Jesus. Instead, let’s rejoice in our Savior and His promises to us! We belong to Him! Let’s rejoice!
